RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTINO A SUPERIN-
TENDENT OF STREETS FOR ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 1956-1.

WHEREAS, this City Council has by resolution of
Intention, Resolution No. 57-95, Initiated certain pro-
ceedings under the Improvement Act of 1911, Division 7 of
the Streets and Highways Code; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 57-96 adopted on
the 7th day of October, 1957^ A. A. BLAKESLEY was appointed
as the person to perform the duties Imposed upon the Superin-
tendent of Streets under this proceeding; and
WHEREAS, said A. A. BLAKESLEY has resigned from
said appointment effective June 1, 1958;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1, That pursuant to Section 5012 of the
Streets and Highways Code i^ono Aarrrus______ is
hereby appointed as the person to perform the duties Imposed
upon the Superintendent of Streets under the proceedings
described by said Resolution 57-95 under and pursuant to
the Improvement Act of 1911, and all of the provisions of
said Act applicable to the Street Superintendent shall
