RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OP BALDWIN PARK,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A SUPERIN-
TENDENT OF STREETS FOR ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO, 1956-3.

WHEREAS, this City Council has by resolution of
Intention, Resolution No. 57-101, Initiated certain pro-
ceedings under the Improvement Act of 1911, Division 7 of
the Streets and Highways Code; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 57-102 adopted on
the 7th day of October, 1957^ A. A, BLAKESLEY was appointed
as the person to perform the duties Imposed upon the Superin-
tendent of Streets under this proceeding; and
WHEREAS, said A. A. BLAKESLEY has resigned from
said appointment effective June 1, 1958s
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That pursuant to Section 5012 of the
\^^^^^-^^
Streets and Highways Code Eugene R. Asmus_________ is
hereby appointed as the person to perform the duties imposed
upon the Superintendent of Streets under the proceedings
described by said Resolution No. 57-101 under and pursuant
to the Improvement Act of 1911, and all of the provisions
of said Act applicable to the Street Superintendent shall
