A RESOLUTION OF TOE CITY COUNCIL OF IHE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK DIRECTING IHE EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIM
DEED.
IHE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Baldwin Pax-It does RESOLVE, ORDER AND
DETERMINE as follows:
SECTION 1: The Mayor and City Clerk are liereby authorized and directed
to execute and deliver a Quitclaim Deed to Raymond L. Berry and Marion J. Berry,
husband and wife, as Joint Tenants, to the following described real property:
All that real property situate in the City of Baldwin Park. County
of Los Angeles, State of California, described as:
Beginning at the center of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 10 l^est,
S.B.B. & M., thence East along the center line of Section 7 a distance
of 495 feet to a point; thence North parallel with the North and South
Center line of Section 7 a distance of 440 feet to a point; thence East
parallel with the East and West center line of Section 7 a distance of
122.18 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North parallel with
the North and South center line of Section 7 a distance of 165 feet;
thence East parallel with the East and West center line of Section 7
a distance of 21'feet; thence South parallel with the North and South
center line of Section 7 a distance of 165 feet; thence West 21 feel-
to beginning; all in the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of
the Northeast quarter of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B. & M.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 195S.
