RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OP THE CITY OP BALDWIN PARK,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A SUPERIN-
TENDENT OF STREETS FOR ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 1956-2.

WHEREAS, this City Council has by resolution of
intention. Resolution No. 57-98, initiated certain proceed-
ings under the Improvement Act of 1911, Division 7 of the
Streets and Highways Code; and
WHEREAS, this City Council had previously appointed
A. A. Blakesley to perform the duties of Superintendent of
Streets under Section 5012 of the Streets and Highways Code
and due to the resignation of said person effective June 1,
1958, the said City has no Superintendent of Streets at the
present time;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That pursuant to Section 5012 of the
Streets and Highways Code EUGENE R. ASMUS is hereby appointed
as the person to perform the duties imposed upon the Super-
intendent of Streets under the proceedings pursuant to said
Resolution No. 57-98, under and pursuant to the Improvement
Act of 1911, and all of the provisions of said Act applicable
to the Street Superintendent shall apply to said person herein
appointed.
