A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDOTH R&BK JBPPOIHTING
SAMUEL GOBLICK CITY ATTORNEY AND
FIXING HIS COMPESSATIOH.
11 Tile City Council ef the City of Baldwin Park does resolve
as follows:
Section 1. That Samuel Gorlick is appointed City Attorney
of the City of Baldwin Park, effective July 16, 1958, to serve on
an interix basis until a permanent appointee is selected•
Section 2. That he shall serve la such Baner as not
to coaflict with his duties as Assistant City Attorney of The City
of Burbank.
Section 3. That he shall be coapeasated for his services
at the rate of $10.00 per hour for attendance at City Council and
City Plaaaiag Board Meetings, with a tnlwi of $25.00 per meeting,
and $15.00 per hour for other services rendered.
