RESOLUTION NO. 79
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING PAYROLL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
NUMBERS 3U81 THROUGH 3?Ul INCLUSIVE.
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AW ORDER as follows:
SECTION i^ That according to Section 37202 of the Government
Code the Finance Director, or his designated representative, hereby
certify to the accuracy of the following demands, and to the availability
of funds tor-payment thereof,
SECTION 2^ That Warrants Numbers 31^81 through 3$m inclusive
constituting the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park for the period
from June 16,1958 thru June 30,19$8 have been audited as required
by law and that the same are hereby allowed In the amount of $ 8,9^2,82
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 218t day of 7_______, 1958
