A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPO INTING
CHAFES H. TEATER ACTING PLANNING
DIRECTOR FIXING HIS SALARY A3 SUCH,
AND PROVIDING FOR OVERTIME COMPEN-
SATION.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve
as follows:
Section 1. That CHARLES H. TEATER, Assistant Planning
Director, is hereby appointed Acting Planning Director of the City
of Baldwin Park, pending the selection of a permanent appointee.
Section 2. That his salary while acting as Planning
Director shall be $575.00 per month.
Section 3. That he shall be compensated for overtime
worked from July 15 to August 1, 1958 at straight time based upon
his salary as Assistant Planning Director.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of August, 1S58.
