A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK FIXING THE
TAX RATE FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1,
1958
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. That the tax rate of the City of Baldwin Park,
to be levied and collected on all taxable property within the City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, for the
fiscal year beginning July 1, 1958, is hereby fixed at 13 cents upon
each $100.00 assessed valuation of property, the entire sum thereof
being fixed as the rate for, and is to be levied and collected for,
general municipal purposes and shall be paid into the General Fund
of the City.
SECTION 2. This resolution relates to the annual tax
levy of the City and is specially required by the laws of the State.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify the passage of
this resolution and shall cause the same to be published or posted
in the same manner and within the same time as ordinances are required
to be published.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall immediately transmit a
certified copy of this resolution to the County Auditor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of August, 1958.

adopted by the City Council of said City and approved by the Mayor

the 27th day of August, 1958, and that it was so adopted by the
