RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK DECLARING THE
ABANDONMENT OF CERTAIN
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT PROCEED-
INGS AND REPEALING RESOLU-
TIONS NOS. 58-68 to 58-73.

WHEREAS, this City Council on the 7th day of
July, 1958, did Initiate certain proceedings under the
Improvement Act of 1911f Division 7 of the Streets and
Highways Code, by the adoption of a resolution of Inten-
tion, Resolution No. 58-72; and
WHEREAS, the hearing called by said Resolution
No. 58-72 was not held at the time and place fixed there-
for, and no majority protest was filed pursuant thereto,
and
WHEREAS, this City Council desires to make certain
changes in the proposed work In said proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER as follows;
Section 1. That the proceedings described In
said resolution of intention. Resolution No. 58-72 be and
are hereby abandoned.

58-70, 58-71, 58-72 and 58-73 all adopted on July 7, 1958
are hereby repealed and rescinded.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day
of September 1958.
