RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THS CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA,
REQUESTING PLANS, SPSOIPICATION8 AND
ESTIMATES OP COSTS FOR SANITARY
SEWER WORK,,

WHEREAS, this City ouneil contemplates ordering
the construction of certain sanitary sewer work under tod
pursuant to the Improvement Act of 1911^ Division 7 of the
Streets and Highways Code, in Pacific Avenue and chertain
other streets;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City Of
Baldwin Park, California, DOBS HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER
as follows:
Section 1. That the ity Engineer is hereby
directed to furnish thi^ City Cquncil wit^i plans and speci-
fications fqr s^id, sewe^,w^|ft^, ja map of t^ diatric^ teo lie
assessed therefor, together with careful estimates of the
costs and expenses of such work,
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2n^ day of
