A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK VACATING A FUTURE STOEET WICH FUTURE
SISIEET IS SHOW AS A PART OF LOT 39, TRA;T 14121
WITHIN THE CITY.
WEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 1, 2 and 3 of
Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California, being Sections 8300 through 8331 of said Code, the City Council
of the City of Baldwin Park did on the 4th day of November, 1957, conduct
a public hearing for the purpose of hearing all persons interested in or
objecting to the vacation of the property as hereinafter set forth in this
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found that all due notices as pre-
scribed by law have been given, posted and published, and
WHEREAS, no persons did appear or object to the vacation of the
property hereinafter set forth,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION U The City Council does hereby find that the property
which is hereinafter described is not required by the public and is un-
necessary for peesent or future street purposes,
SBCTION 2; Pursuant to the authority contained in Sections 8300
through 8331 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California,
the property which is hereinafter described in this Resolution is hereby
declared to be and the same is hereby vacated,
SECTION 3; The property which is the subject of this Resolution,
and the property which is vacated is described as all that property in
the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
described, to-wit:
All of Lot 39 of Tract No. 14121 as recorded in Map
Book 366, pages 48 and 49 in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, State of California,
excepting the Northerly 30 feet thereof.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall take effect and the vacation
hereinabove set forth shall become effective only in the event that there
is duly recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
Los Angeles, a final Subdivision Map of Tract No. 21536 which has been
approved by the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park,
SBCTIQN 5g The City Clerk shall attest to the passage of this
resolution under the seal of the City and shall record a certified copy
thereof in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this j2nd day of September_____. 1958
