A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ACCEPTING
WORK OF RENOVATING AND REMODELING
OLD CENTRAL SCHOOL FOR USE AS CITY
HALL AND AUTHORIZING CHIEF ADMINIS-
TRATIVE OFFICER TO SIGN AND RECORD
A NOTICE OF COMPLETION
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve
as follows:
Section lo The work of renovating and remodeling the old
Central School at 14403 East Pacific Avenue in the City of Baldwin
Park, for use as a City Hall, performed by Fry and Fry, Inc. under
contract dated May 12, 1958, is hereby accepted.

Section 2. The Chief Administrative Officer is authorized
and directed to sign a notice of completion for and on behalf of the
City and to record the same with the County Recorder within ten 10)
days after completion of the work.
Section 3, The City's acceptance of the work shall not
be deemed to excuse the contractor from performing the same in
accordance with the contract documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 1958.
