RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SUFFICIENCY
OF PETITION UNDER SECTION 2804
OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE.

WHEREAS, a petition pursuant to Section 2S04 of
the Streets and Highways Code has been filed with the City
Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park on the 23rd day of May,
1958-» requesting the construction of certain street work
under the Improvement Act of 1911, Division 7 of the Streets
and Highways Code; and
WHEREAS, the certificate of the City Clerk shows
said petition to have been duly signed by all of the owners
of more than sixty 60) per cent in area of the lands and
property subject to assessment based on a comparison of said
petition against the last Assessor's roll on the day said
petition was filed in the office of the City Clerk;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, FIND, DETERMINE
AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. This City Council finds that said
petition is genuine and sufficient and complies with
Section 2304 of the Streets and Highways Code and is signed
by the requisite number of owners.
