L. S. 141. WEREAS, a regular meeting was held by the Planning Commission of the City of Baldwin Park, 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 14403 East Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, California, and WHEREAS, on the 4th day of September 1958, the Planning Commission considered the request for lot split at 4943 Eiton Street, Edward and Myrtelle Woodward, and WEREAS. at its regular meeting on the 15fi day of September 1958, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park considered the request for a Lot Split at 4943 Eiton Street, Edward and Myrtelle Woodward. NOW, IHEREroRE, the CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP BALDWIN PARK docs hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: SSCTCON I The City Council finds the property to be located at 4943 Eiton Street, legally described as: Lot 17 of Tract No, 7701, Map Book 88, Pages 61 and 62, office of County Recorder, Los Angeles County, State of California. SBCTION II The City Council finds that Lot Split Case No, 141 was considered by the Planning Commission of the City of Baldwin Park and the proper findings were made as stated in Resolution No. 330, therefore, the City Council finds: a. The proposed Lot Split does not adversely affect the comprehensive zoning map of the City of Baldwin Park. b. The proposed Lot Split does not adversely affect the highway, street or way designs of the City of Baldwin Park. c. There is a provision for the installation of curb, gutter and sidewalks and the following d. There are no curb, gutter or sidewalk on Eiton or Borel Streets at the present time, e. The City Council finds that survey monuments are not in conformance with Paragraph e" of Section 9307 of The Municipal Code. f. The City Council finds that this Lot Split is in compliance with paragraph f" of Section 9307 of The Municipal Code. g. The City Council also finds that the easterly half of Borel Street is not paved; but it is dedicated to the City of Baldwin Park. h. The City Council recommends approval of this Lot Split case subject to the following conditions, a. That the applicant shall sign an agreement satis- factory to the City Attorney that the applicant will participate in a l^ll Act Improvement District for the paving of the easterly thirty 30) feet on Borel Street adjoining the subject property, b. That a strip of land five 5) feet in width at the front of Parcel No. 2 shall be dedicated to the City for street and highway purposes, c. That curb, gutter and sidewalk be installed according to City specifications on the 66 foot frontage of the subject property on Eiton Street; and also on the 66 foot frontage of Borel Street, d« This Lot Split shall not bo final until the applicant has signed an affidavit that he has seen tlie approved map of the Lot Split, that he has read and understands the conditions of approval, and that they are acceptabl< to him, Compliance with the above conditions shall constitute the proper filing and recordation of the necessary deeds, reports, agreements, inspection by the City Engineering Department and the filing of the necessary reports which state that curb, gutter and sidewalk are in compliance with City specifications.
