HomeMy WebLinkAbout1958 106 CC RESO1958 106 CC RESOxJ×îRESOLUTION NO. 58-106 A RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK RE: GRANTING LOT SPLIT AT 4540 NORTH BRESEE AVENUE, ARNOLD KOENIG, L.S. NO. 55. WHEREAS, a regular meeting was held by the Planning Commission of the City of Baldwin Park, 7:50 P.M., August 7, 1958, in the Council Chambers, 14405 East Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, California, and WHEREAS, on the 7th day of August, 1958, the Planning Commission considered the request for Lot Split at 4540 North Bresee Avenue, Arnold Koenig; and considered the matter again on September 4, 1958, WHEREAS, at its regular meeting on the 15th day of September, 958, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park considered the request for a Lot Split at 4540 North Bresee Avenue, Arnold Koenig, NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE and ORDER as follows: SECTION SECTION SECTION The City Council finds the property to be located at 4540 North Bresee Avenue, legally described as; Tract No, 4624 south sixty-six 66) feet of the west 512 feet of Lot 148, as recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County. The City Council finds that Lot Split Case No, 155 was considered by the Planning Commission of the City of Baldwin Park and the proper findings were made as stated in Resolution No. 521, therefore, the City Council finds; and recommends approval of this Lot Split request subject to the following conditions: a* That the applicant deed the easterly thirty 501 feet of the subject property to the City of Baldwin Park for future street and highway purposes, and that the applicant sign an Improvement Agreement, satisfactory to the City Attorney, and that the applicant is to bear the cost of improving the easterly thirty 50) feet of the subject property, according to City specifications, at such time as the future street is developed. This agreement to be recorded with the County Recorder, at the expense of the applicant, b« That the applicant provide a ten 10) foot paved drive to the rear parcel, c» That the applicant deed ten 10) feet for street widening at the front of the property on Bresee Avenue. d. That the applicant install curb, gutter and sidewalk, according to City specifications, on the entire sixty-six 66) foot frontage of the subject property. This Lot Split shall not be final until the applicant has signed an affidavit that he has seen the approved map of the Lot Split, that he has read and understands the conditions of approval, and that they are acceptable to him.
