MARGARET C. MCTILLIAMS, CASH NO. L.S. 138 WEREAS, a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Baldwin Park was held, 7:30 P.M. August 21, 1958, in the Council Chambers, 14403 E. Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, California, and TflIBREAS, on the 21st day of August 1958 the Planning Commission considered the request for Lot Split at 4617 North Merced Avenue, Prank B. and Margaret C» Mc^illiams, and was again considered on September 4, 1958. WEEREAS, at its regular meeting on the 15th day of September 1958, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park considered the request for a Lot Split at 4617 North Merced Avenue, Prank B. & Margaret C, Mc^illiariis, NOW, TOEREFORE, the CITY COUNCIL OF TOE CITY OF BALDWN PARK does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: SECTION I The City Council finds the property to be located at 4617 North Merced Avenue, legally described as Lot 100, Tract 4624, as found in Map Book 68, Page 33. Office of County Recorder, Los Angeles County, SECTION II The City Council finds that Lot Split Case No. 138 was considered by the Planning Coi:uiiir>sion of the ity cf Baldwin Part: and the proper findings were made as stated in Resolution No. 335, therefore, the City Council finds, and recommends approval of this Lot Split request subject to the following conditions: a. That the applicant deed that portion of property within the following described cul-de-sac for future street and highway purposes. Said cul- de-sac to have a radius of 45 feet; said radius is to be located at a point on the ivesterly property line, 30 feet south of the northerly property line of Parcel No. 1, b. That a strip of land twenty 20) feet in width at the front of Parcels No. 1 and No» 2 on Merced Avenue be dedicated to the City for street and highway purposes. c. That curb, gutter and sidewalk be installed, according to City specifications, on the 132 foot frontage of the subject property on Merced Avenue. d. That a ten 10) foot paved drive be installed to provide access to the rear parcels, e. This lot split shall not be final until the applicant has signed an affidavit that he has seen the approved nap of the lot split, that he has read and understands the conditions of approval, and that they arc acceptable tc hlu.
