A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK PROVIDING
FOR DEPOSIT OF CITY FUNDS AND
AUTHORIZING SIGNING OF WARRANTS.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
resolve as follows;
Section 1. That the City Treasurer be and she hereby is
authorized to deposit City funds in the Bank of America National
Trust and Savings Association in the manner provided by law and to
agree that all City accounts and funds shall be governed by the laws
and amendments thereto of said bank when, and if not in conflict with,
City, State and federal laws governing the same, and for this purpose
to sign the customary signature card required by the said bank, copy
of which is attached hereto and approved, except as modified by this
resolution.
Section 2. That the authorized signatures to withdraw
money from said accounts shall be as follows:
Lynn H. Cole, Mayor, or,
Henry J, Littlejohn, Mayor protem,
and
Eva Elder Pugh, City Treasurer,
and
E. R. Asmus, Chief Administrative
Officer, or Glenn P. Willardson,
Assistant Chief Administrative
Officer.
and said authorized persons shall cause their signatures to be affixed
to the customary signature card of said bank.
Section 3. That the designated depositary. Bank of America
National Trust and Savings Association, be and it hereby is requested,
authorized and directed to honor all checks, drafts or other orders
for the payment of money drawn in the name of the City of Baldwin Park
on its accounts when bearing the signatures of the officers named in
Section 2 hereof or their successors in office.

1958 113 CC RESOxJ Ø Section 4. The City Clerk shall send a certified copy
of this resolution to the Baldwin Park Branch of the Bank of America
National Trust and Savings Association.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 1958.
