A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK CONFIRMING
WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS FROM INACTIVE
ACCOUNT AND REQUIRING FUTURE ORDER
OF CITY COUNCIL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park that the action of the Chief Administrative Officer in transfer-
ing $100,000.00 from the inactive account on deposit at the Bank of
America, Baldwin Park Branch, to the City's active account on deposit
thereat is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that future deposits in or transfers
or withdrawals from said inactive account shall be by order of the
City Council only, on the recommendation of the Chief Administrative
Officer and City Treasurer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this &th day of October, 1958.
