THE GITT OF BAMWIN PARK GRAIITING
AN EXGEPTIOH IN CAMPOZANO ZONING
CASE NO* IS*
Whereas, FRANK CAMPBZATO is the owner of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6,
Tract No. 6285, in the City of Baldwin Park, as set forth in Book 69,
Page 40 of Maps of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, and
Whereas, on March 23, 1956, he applied for a zone variance to we
his said property for certain uses not persd-tted in a C-l zone, and
Whereas, hearings were duly held before the Planning Coaaaission and
City Council, on ten days notice published in the Baldwin Park Bulletin,
supplemented by mail notice of the Planning Cofflfflission hearing to property
owners within a 500 feet radius of the affected property, and
Whereas, Section 9100.803 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code
Interior Zoning Ordinance), adopted after said proceedings were taken,
provides that the City Council may act on said application for a variance
without holding new hearings thereon,
NOSf, THBHBPORB, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
resolve as follows:
Section 1. That a variance or exception is hereby granted pwaiitting
said described real property to be used for the following use:
Used automobile sales agency and complete
automotive repair shop, including body and
fender repairs, painting, upholstering,
hand car washing and steam cleaning*
Section 2. That said variance or exception is granted subject to
compliance with the following condition:
That all operations be conducted inside a
completely enclosed building, except car
washing and used automobile sales agency.
