Assessment District No. 1957-4 Revised) Pacific Avenue) WHEREAS, this City Council has by Its Resolution No. 58-l?5 ordered certain work or Improvement, said work or improvement being more particularly described in its resolution of intention. Resolu- tion No, 58-96, and shown on plans which Include profiles and de- tailed drawings) designated Plan No. 1957-4 Revised" on file in the office of the City Clerk of said city, and described in speci- fications designated Specifications No. 1957-4 Revised," also on file in the office of said City Clerk; and WHEREAS, this City Council has ascertained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which said work is to be performed for each craft or type of workman needed to execute the contract for said work, and this City Council has ascertained the general prevailing rate for legal holiday and over- time work In said locality for each craft or type of workman needed to execute said contract; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows; Section 1. FURTHER PROVIDED, that two 2) times the said prevailing rate of wages shall be paid for any working time on Sundays and the seven 7) legal holidays, to wits New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veterans1 Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. 3.
