A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AUTHORIZ-
ING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DEFEND THE
CITY, ITS OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES IN
IGNA VS. THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK,
ET AL., CASE NO. FOMO C 3191,
SUPERIOR COURT.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
resolve as follows:
Section 1. The City Attorney is authorized and directed
to defend the City, its officers and employees in an action brought
by Eugenia Igna in the Superior Court of the State of California
in and for the County of Los Angeles, Case No. POMO C 3191, to
declare invalid the City's zoning ordinance and for other relief.
Section 2. The City Attorney is authorized to incur all
necessary expense in connection therewith and to do all things
necessary as in his judgment are required to protect the interests
of the City of Baldwin Park, its officers and employees, in said
action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 1958.
