A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH IVOR
LYONS & ASSOCIATES FOR SEWER STUDY
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve
that the certain agreement with IVOR LYONS & ASSOCIATES, Consulting
Engineers, owned and operated by Ivor A. Lyons, for an engineering
study and master plan of sanitary sewerage requirements of the City
is approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign and the City Clerk
to attest said agreement for and on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 1958.
