DOES HEREBST RESOLVE, DETERMIMF AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That according to Section 37202 of the Government
Code the Finance Director, or his designated representative, hereby
certify to the pccuracy of the following demands, and to the availability
of unds for payment thereof.
