A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF CONTRACT FOR GRADING
AND PAVING CITY HALL PARKING AREA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park that the certain contract between the City of
Baldwin Park and Ruben Duran, doing business as Pioneer
Paving and Landscaping Co., dated December 15, 1958, for
the grading and paving of the City Hall parking area, is
approved, and the Mayor is authorized to sign, and the City
Clerk to attest, said contract for and on behalf of the
City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 1958.
