A RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OP CONTRACT FOR STREET MAIN-
TENANCE WOEK AS PER CITY PROJECT W-58-3
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park that the certain contract between the City of
Baldwin Park, a municipal corporation, and Warren Southwest,
Inc., a Delaware corporation, dated December 30, 19?8, for
the completion of street maintenance work embodied in City
Project No. W-58-3.? is approved, and the Mayor is authorized
to sign and the City Clerk to attest, said contract for
and on behalf of the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 29th day of December, 19'58.
