ftirk DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows i
SECTION lo That according to Section 37202 of the Govern-
ment Code the Finance Director, or his designated representative,
hereby certify to the accuracy of the following demands, and to
the availability of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That Warrants Numbers l8l8 through 1886
inclusive, constituting the payroll of the City of Baldwin fark
for the period from Dec.1,19^8 thru Dec 1^ have been audited
as required by law, and that the same are hereby allowed in the
amount of $ 11,800.23
