RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA,
ORDERING CHANGE IN NEWSPAPER FOR
PUBLICATION OF 1911 ACT NOTICES

WHEREAS, this City Council in its Resolution of
Intention, Resolution No. 57-98 adopted on the 7th day
of October, 1957, ordered publications for this proceeding
to be made in the SAN GABRIEL DAILY TRIBUNE; and
WHEREAS, this City Council has decided to make
all official publications Insofar as practical in the
BALDWIN PARK BULLETIN, a newspaper of general circulation
printed and published in the County of Los Angeles; and
WHEREAS, other pending 1911 Act proceedings
will be similarly affected,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of tne City of
Baldwin park, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That all publications required in
proceedings under the Improvement Act of 1911, both in this
proceeding and in other pending proceedings shall henceforth
be made in the Baldwin park Bulletin.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this /^ day
