Bark DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as followsi
SECTION Ic, That according to Section 37202 of the Govern-
ment Code the Finance Director, or his designated representative,
hereby certify to the accuracy of the following demands, and to
the availability of funds for payment thereof®

SECTION 2. That Warrants Numbers U117 through Ul86
inclusive, constituting the payroll of the City of Baldwin Bark
for the period from 12-3-6-?8 thru 12-3t--$8, have been audited
as required by law, and that the same are hereby allowed in the
