NOff, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
fark DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows;
SECTION 1, That according to Section 37202 of the Govern-
ment Code the Finance Director, or his designated representative,
hereby certify to the accuracy of the following demands, and to
the availability of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That Warrants Numbers O.Q7 through 1^6 f
inclusive, constituting the payroll of the City of Baldwin Bark
for the period from Jan. 1,1959 thru Jan 15, have been audited
as required by law, and that the same are hereby allowed in the
amount of $ 11^78.77
