A RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF CONTRACT WITH COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES FOR
POUND SERVICES.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
resolve as follows;
Section 1, That certain contract between the County
of Los Angeles and the City of Baldwin Park, dated February
26, 1959.? for the rendering of pound services by the County
for the City from February 26, 1959^ for a period of five
5) years, is approved, and the Mayor is authorized to sign,
and the City Clerk to attest, the same for and on behalf
of the City.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall transmit said Agree-
ment to the appropriate County authority, together with a
certified copy of this resolution.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 1959.

lution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Baldwin Park at its regular
meeting place on the 2nd day of March, 1959^ by the
