OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING PAYROLL CIAIL6 AND
DE^NDS NUMBERS U329 THROUGH U397 INCLUSIVE.
NW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
fark DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows i
SECTION lo That according to Section 37202 of the Govern-
ment Code the Finance Director, or bis designated representative,
hereby certify to the accuracy of the following demands, and to
the availability of funds for payment thereof•

SECTION 2o That Warrants Numbers U329 through U397 9
inclusive, constituting the payroll of the City of Baldwin fark
for the period from 2-1-59 thru 2-15-59 have been audited
as required by law, and that the same are hereby allowed in the
