Rirk DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows t
SECTION Ie That according to Section 37202 of the Govern-
ment Code the Finance Director, or hia designated representative,
hereby certify to the accuracy of the following demands, and to
the availability of funds for payment thereof*
