A RESOLUTION OF THE CIT? COUNCIL
OF THE CIIY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING
EXECUTION OF JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT
WITH TOE LOS ANGELES COUNT? FLOOD
CONTROL DISTRICT,
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
resolve as follows:
Section 1. That certain agreement between the Los
Angeles County Flood Control District and the City of Bald-
win Park providing for the construction of storm drains and
drainage channels in the City of Baldwin Park with funds
from the 1958 Storm Drain Bond Issue is hereby approved,
and the Mayor is authorized to sign and the City Clerk to
attest the same for and on behalf of the City.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall transmit
the executed counterparts of said agreement to the appro-
priate County office,
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 1959.
