Rirk DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as followst
SECTION Ie That according to Section 37202 of the Govern-
ment Code the Finance Director, or his designated representative,
hereby certify to the accuracy of the following demands, and to
the availability of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2« That Warrants Numbers UU71 through U$U2 9
inclusive, constituting the payroll of the City of Baldwin Bark
for the period from 3-1-$9 thru 3-1$-$9 have been audited
as required by law, and that the same are hereby allowed in the
