RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF
BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING
FILING OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND DISTRICT MAP FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF CERTAIN SEWER WORK AND REQUEST-
ING RECOMMENDATION OP HEALTH OFFICER
Assessment District No. 1958-10)
Chevalier Avenue Sewers)
WHEREAS, plans and specifications, together with
careful estimates of the costs and expenses for certain
sewer work in the City of Baldwin Park, California, have
been presented to this City Council, said plans and speci-
fications being designated, respectively, plan No. 1958-10"
consisting of four sheets, numbered 2 to 5^ inclusive, and
Specifications No. 1958-10"; and
WHEREAS, as assessment district map designated
Map of Assessment District No, 1958-10", consisting of
one sheet, showing the boundaries of the territory to be
benefited by said work and to be specially assessed therefor
has been presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, proceedings for the construction of said
work are to be taken under the Improvement Act of 1911,
Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State
of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin park, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER as follows:

1959 043 CC RESOxJ × À Section 1. That said estimate, plans and speci-
fications for said work and improvement are hereby approved
and are hereby ordered to be filed with the City Clerk of
the City of Baldwin Park, California.
Section 2. That said assessment district map is
hereby approved and hereby ordered to be filed with the
said City Clerk.
Section 3, That the Health Officer of the County
of Los Angeles and of the City of Baldwin park be and he is
hereby requested to determine whether the construction of
said work set forth in said plans and specifications is
necessary as a health measure and if proceedings therefor
under the Improvement Act of 1911 are necessary as a health
measure, as provided in Section 2808 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 18th day
of May_______. 1959.
