RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA,
FINDING CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY
SEWERS AND APPURTENANCES AND
APPURTENANT WORK AND PROCEEDINGS
THEREFOR NECESSARY AS A HEALTH
MEASURE.

WHEREAS, plans and specifications designated,
respectively, Plan No. 1958-10" consisting of four sheets,
numbered 2 to 5, Inclusive, and Specifications No. 1958-10"
for the construction of certain sanitary sewer work in the
City of Baldwin park, California, have heretofore been ap-
proved by this City Council and ordered filed; and
WHEREAS, a written report and recommendations of
the Health Officer of the County of Los Angeles and of the
City of Baldwin Park, determining that the construction of
said work shown on said plans and in said specifications
and proceedings for such construction under the Improvement
Act of 1911 are necessary as a health measure, and recommend-
ing said work and proceedings as a health measure, has been
presented to this City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, FIND AND
DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That the determination and recommenda-
tion of said Health Officer of the County of Los Angeles and
of the City of Baldwin Park presented to this City Council
be spread upon the minutes of this City Council.

shown upon said plans and in said specifications is necessary
as a health measure; that proceedings for the construction
of said work are necessary as a health measure; that pro-
ceedings under the Improvement Act of 1911 for the construc-
tion of said work are necessary as a health measure and that
such necessity is hereby found to exist.
Section 3. That in view of the foregoing no
further steps or proceedings under the Special Assessment
Investigation, Limitation and Majority protest Act of 1931
are required and none shall be taken.
