A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OP BALDWIN PARK APPROVING AND ADOPTING BUDGET
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1959-60.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does re-
solve as follows:
Section 1. That the tentative budget for the City of
Baldwin Park, California, for the fiscal year 1959-60, pre-
pared by E. R. Asmus, Chief Administrative Officer, having
been submitted to this Council and having been amended,
modified and corrected, shall be filed as amended, modified
and corrected in the office of the City Clerk, and shall be
open to public Inspection.
Section 2. That said tentative budget, as amended,
modified and corrected, is hereby approved and adopted as
the budget of the City for the fiscal year 1959-60.
Section 3. That no department of the City shall pur-
chase any capital items of equipment or proceed with any
public works project unless budgeted in said budget or sub-
mitted to and approved by the City Council.
