A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK PERMITTING THE STATE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, DIVISION OF
HIGHWAYS, TO LANDSCAPE AND MAINTAIN CITY-
OWNED AREAS ADJACENT TO SAN BERNARDINO
FREEWAY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park that the Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, of the State of California, is hereby granted per-
mission to landscape and maintain city-owned areas along the
San Bernardino Freeway between the frontage roads and freeway
fence as provided in a Landscape Planning Plan for the Road-
side Development of the State Highway in Los Angeles County
in Baldwin Park Between Westcotfc Avenue and West Covina," a
copy of which is on file in the City Clerk1s Office.
RESOLVED FURTHER that the City Clerk send a certi-
fied copy of this resolution to the appropriate State authorities
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3 day of August______^
