A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK CONSENTING TO THE INCLUSION OF LANDS
WITHIN THE CITY OP BALDWIN PARK IN WEST COVINA
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT A'll-58-2
WHEREAS, the City of West Covina proposes to Initiate proceed-
ings for the construction of sanitary sewers and assess the cost
thereof upon the properties benefited thereby pursuant to the Im-
provement Act of 1911; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the proposed lands to be assessed for
said improvement is within the City of Baldwin Park; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 5117 and 5118 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California, a copy of the proposed
Resolution of Intention has b^en submitted by the City Council of
the City of West Covina to the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAU)WIN PARK
DOBS RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That said proposed Resolution of Intention
relative to West Govina Assessment District A^l-^S-^, a copy of
which said resolution marked Exhibit A," is attached hereto and,
by this reference, made a part hereof the same as though set forth
in full, hereby is approved, and the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park hereby consents to the formation of the assessment dis-
trict as set forth in said proposed Resolution of Intention and to the
assessment of the properties within said district which are within the
boundaries of Baldwin Park.
SECTION 2. A certified copy of this resolution shall be
forwarded to the City Council of the City of West Covina.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect,
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this day of August 1959.
