JL RESOLUTION OF SHE CITY COUNCIL OF OHE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 59-3^ KERTmiNG 10 GRANTING OF A
VARI&NGE IN ZONE CASE NO. Z-$7.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
resolve as follows:
Section 1. That Resolution No* 59-35 passed and adopted
the Uth day of May, 1959s is amended by changing paragraph b) and
d) of Section 3 thereof to read as follows;
b) In order to handle the increased traffic that
this development will generate, a strip of land
five 5) feet in width adjacent to Big Dalton
Avenue, and a strip of land ten 10) feet in
width adjacent to Puente Avenue shall be
dedicated to the City of Baldwin Park for
street and highway purposes,
d) Curbs, gutters, sidewalks and pavement hook-up
shall be installed on the frontage on Big Dalton
Avenue and Poente Avenue whenever requested to
do so by the City Engineer.
Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to sign, and the
City Clerk to sign for and on behalf of the City of Baldwin Park
that certain agreement with Jay Keegan, Jr., Pauline Keegan, and
Jerome Keegan, partners, doing business as Holiday Mobile Lodge,
providing for the dedication of the ten 10) foot strip on Puente
Avenue to be held for acceptance and recordation at such time as Puente
is widened and improved to one hundred 100) feet between the
San Bernardino Freeway and Francisquito Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of August 19$9.
