Home My WebLink About1959 084 CC RESO1959 084 CC RESOxJ×RESOLUTION NO. 59-84 A RESOLUTION CF 3HE CITI COUNCIL OF THE GITZ OF BALDWIN PARK REQUESTING 1HE GOUNTI HEALTH OFFICER TO PERFORM HEALTH SERVICES REQUIRED 13KDS31 CITI ORDINANCES NOW IN EFFECT OR LATER TO HE ENACTED, WERE&S, the Gi-by Council of the City of Baldwin Park has entered into ordinances regulating health and sanitation in said City; and IfilEREAS, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park has ex- ecuted an agreement entitled, Agreement Health Services", dated August h, 19^8, with the County of Los Angeles; and HHBRE&S, the City Council desires the performance of services required under ordinances now in effect,or later to be enacted, to be performed by the County Health Officer? NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve as follows: Section 1. Ihe City of Baldwin Park does hereby request the County of Los Angeles to provide through the County Health Officer the enforcerosnt of all ordinances relating to public health and sanitation, n<i the making of 11 inspections and the performance of all functions in connection therewith, Section 2» The City Clerk is directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution, together with three copies of this city^ health and sanitation ordinance, to Dr. Roy 0. Gilbert, County Health Officer.
