SECTION lc That according to Section 37202 of the Govern-
ment Code the Finance Director, or his designated representative,
hereby certify to the accuracy of the following demands, and to
the availability of funds for payment thereof,

inclusive, constitutihg the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park
