A RESOLUTION OF IHE CITI COUNCIL OF DIE CITI
OF BALDWIN PARK FIXING OHE TAZ RATE FOR BIE
FISCAL IEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 19^9
The City Council of the City of Bald-win Park does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. That the tax rate of the City of Baldwin Park, to
be levied and collected on all taxable property within the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, for the fiscal
year beginning July 1, 1959. is hereby fixed at 13 cents upon each $100.00
assessed valuation of property, the entire sum thereof being fixed as the
rate for, and is to be levied and collected for, general municipal
purposes and shall be paid into the General Fund of the City.
SECTION 2< This resolution relates to the annual tax levy of
the City and is specially required by the laws of the State,
SECTION 3, Ihe City Clerk shall certify the passage of this
resolution and shall cause the same to be published or posted in the same
manner and within the same time as ordinances are required to be published.
SECTION U. The City Clerk shall immediately transmit a
certified copy of this resolution to the County Auditor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 201-h day of August, 1959.
