A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING MAP
NO. V-59-2 SHOWING THE I/NATION AND
PARTICULARS AS TO THE VACATION OF A
PORTION OF FRAZIER STREET IN THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park that the certain map prepared by the City
Engineer and designated Map No. V-59-2, hereto attached,
showing the location and particulars of the vacation of
a portion of Prazler Street, In the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as
follows;
Beginning at the most northerly and west-
erly corner of Parcel No. 41-R.S. 14-30, thence
north 75° 121 40" East along and parallel to the
southerly line of Frazler Avenue, a distance of
78.29 feet, and being 10 feet wide southerly; and
Beginning at the most northerly and westerly
corner of Parcel No. 41-R.S. 14-30; thence south
48° 07' east a distance of 17 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence south 48° 07r east
along and parallel to the easterly line of Monterey
avenue a distance of 15 feet; thence north 12°
53' east a distance of l4 feet 6 Inches; thence
south 75° 121 40" west a distance of 15 feet to
the point of beginning.
is approved and adopted as the map and plan for said pro-
posed vacation and is ordered filed in the Office of the
City Clerk.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 8th day of September 1959
