A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING MAP
NO. V-59-^ SHOWING THE LOCATION AND
PARTICULARS AS TO THE VACATION OF A
PORTION OF FRAZIER STREET IN THE CITY
OP BALDWIN PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park that the certain map prepared by the City
Engineer and designated Map No. V-59-^ hereto attached,
showing the location and particulars of the vacation of
a portion of Frazler Street, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as
follows:
That portion of Lot 20, Tract No. 718^ in
the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book
17 j Page 17, of Maps, in the office of the
Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Intersection of the center-
line of Frazler Street, as shown on the map of
said Tract No. 7l8, with the northeasterly pro-
longation of the southeast line of the land
described in Deed recorded in Book l6o8. Page l8l,
Official Records of said County; thence South 7^°
45' 15" West along said center-line, 220.69 feet;
thence South 15 14' W East at right angles to
said center-line, 30.00 feet to the southeasterly
line of Frazier Street and the true point of be-
ginning; thence continue South 15 I2!-1 5" East
10.00 feet; thence North 7^° 5' 15" East 17^.99
feet, more or less, to said northeasterly pro-
longation; thence North 41° 28' 15" East to the south
easterly line of Frazler Street; thence South
74^ 45* i5" yest along Frazier Street to the
true point of beginning.
is approved and adopted as the map and plan for said pro-
posed vacation and is ordered filed in the office of the
City Clerk.

recorded in Book 17. Page 17, of Maps, in the office of the
Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center-line of Frazier
Street, as shown on the map of said Tract No. 718, with the
northeasterly prolongation of the southeast line of the land
described in Deed recorded in Book 1608. Page 181. Official
Records of said Countyi thence S 74° 45' 15" W along said
center-line, 220.69 feet; thence S 15° 14' 45" E at right
angles to said center-line, 30.00 feet to the southeasterly
line of Prazier Street and the true point of beginning;

Baldwin Park, do hereby certify that the foregoing reso-
lution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Baldwin Park at its regular
meeting place on the 8th____day of September_____s

Records of said County; thence South 74° 45' 15"
West along said center-line, 220.69 feet; thence
South 15° l4« 45" East at right angles to said
center-line, 30.00 feet to the southeasterly line
of Frazler Street and the true point of beginning;
thence continue South 15° l4» 45" East 10.00 feet;
thence North 74° 45' 15" East 174.99 feet, more or
less, to said northeasterly prolongation; thence
North 41° 28» 15" East to the southeasterly lirie of
Frazler Street; thence South 74° 451 15" West
along Frazler Street to the true point of begin-
ning.
Section 2, That reference Is hereby made to Map
Nos. V-59-l^ V-59-2, V-59-3 and V-59-4, heretofore adopted
by this City Council and on file in the office of the City
Clerk, for further particulars of this proposed vacation,
Section 3< That notice is given that on Monday,
the fifth day of October, 1959 j at 8:00 p.m., in the Council
Chamber of the City Hall, 14403 East Pacific Avenue, in the
City of Baldwin Park, any and all persons interested or ob-
jecting to the proposed vacation of said portion of Frazier
Street, may appear before said City Council and be heard or
show cause why said vacation should not be carried out in
accordance with this resolution of Intention.
Section 4. That the proceedings for said vacation
shall be had and taken under and in accordance with the pro-
visions of the Vacation Act of 1941."
Section 5. That the City Engineer of said City
shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the portions
of Frazier Street proposed to be vacated, notice of street
vacation in the time, manner and form required by said Act.
Section 6. The City Clerk is directed to publish
this resolution of intention not later than September 18,
