A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING
MAP NO. V-59-$ SHOWING THE LOCATION
AND PARTICULARS AS TO THE VACATION
OF A PORTION OF MERGED AVENUE IN THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park that the certain map prepared by the City
Engineer and designated Map No. V-59-6, hereto attached,
showing the location and particulars of the vacation of
a portion of Mereed Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as
follows:
A strip of land 20 feet in width and 66
feet in lengthy being the most easterly 20 feet
of the north one-half of Lot 106, Tract No. 4624,
as per Book 68, Page 33 of Maps, recorded in the
office of the County Recorder, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, EXCEPT the most
easterly 10 feet thereof,
is approved and adopted as the map and plan for said pro-
posed vacation and is ordered filed In the office of the
City Clerk.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 8th_______day of
September_______, 1959.
