A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING MAP
NO. V-59-7 SHOWING THE LOCATION AND
PARTICULARS AS TO THE VACATION OF A
PORTION OP MERGED AVENUE IN THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park that the certain map prepared by the City
Engineer and designated Map No. V-59-7, hereto attached,
showing the location and particulars of the vacation of
a portion of Merced Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as
follows:
A strip of land 20 feet in width and 77
feet in length, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, be-
ing the most westerly 20 feet of the southerly
77 feet of Lot 113^ Tract No. 4624, as per map
recorded in Book 68, Page 33j of Maps, in the
office of the County Recorder of said County,
EXCEPT the most westerly 10 feet thereof.
is approved and adopted as the map and plan for said pro-
posed vacation and is ordered filed in the office of the
City Clerk.
PASSED and ADOPTED this gth______day of
