ferk DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows
SECTION Ie That according to Section 37202 of the Govern-
ment Code the Finance Director, or his designated representative,
hereby certify to the accuracy of the following demands, and to
the availability of funds for payment thereof•

SECTION 2. That Warrants Numbers 7^31 through 760$
inclusive, constituting the payroll of the City of Baldwin fark
for the period from 8-l6 thru fi-31, 1959 have been audited
as required by law, and that the same are hereby allowed in the
