N0"^, THEREFORE^ The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park t)OES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE W ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That according to Section 37202 of the Govern.
ment Code the Finance Director, or his designated representative,
hereby certify to the accuracy of the following demands^ and to
the availability of funds for payment thereof*

SECTION 2. That Warrants Numbers 7769 through 78^3
inclusive^ constituting the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park
for the period from 9-16 through 9-30-19?°^ have been audited
as required by law, and that the same are hereby allowed in the
