A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK COMMENDING WALDO R.
SPECHT FOR SERVICE ON THE TRAFFIC AND
SAFETY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Waldo R. Specht has served the City of Baldwin
Park, as a member of the Traffic and Safety Convnission; and
WHEREAS, the Traffic and Safety Commission was dissolved
by action of the City Council on June I, 1959,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, in recognition of his efforts to serve the City and the many
contributions he has made to the City's general welfare and safety,
does hereby resolve that Waldo R. Specht be cororoended for his ser-
vice and be presented with a copy of this Resolution as a token of
grateful appreciation for the meritorious service rendered to the
City as a citizen and public servant.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th jay of December 1959.
